30-second pulses
Pay for the call, not the rounding.
Most calls are short. Of 999 connected calls on our platform in September 2026, 89% ended inside a minute. Billed by the minute, each of those counts as a full minute. In 30-second pulses, a call rounds up to the next half minute. So a call under 30 seconds is billed for half the time.

What's in the free pilot?
Your first 1,000 connected calls, telephony included. We build your agent and you hear it on your own phones first.
What counts as a connected call?
A call where the line connects, even if nobody speaks. A voicemail pickup counts. Calls that ring out, are busy or reach a switched-off phone are free.
Per minute or per 30-second pulse?
By the minute as standard. Each call rounds up to the next whole minute. We also bill in 30-second pulses. Tell us your volume and we will quote a pulse rate that works out better for you.
More than 75,000 minutes a month?
We quote your best rate and set it in your agreement.
What do test calls cost?
After the pilot, half the voice rate, rounded down to the paisa.
Is GST included?
No. 18% GST is added to your invoice. Switch to "With GST" to see it.
